I have been absent for more than 2 months because of my family issue and busy on my real job.I have started to process the support tickets,but we have more than 600+ tickets.I have to delete tickets older than 30 days without answer. If you have opened ticket after June 15th,please do not open a new one.I will try my best to process tickets ASAP.Please be a bit patient and thanks for understanding.
