You can purchase or redeem your cash earnings for design service.
Below are the different types of advertising
services we provide.

Payment:
- Payment can be made by Paypal/EGold. Note: NO Credit Card/Debit Card funded payment is accepted. Please fund your Paypal before payment.
- You can use your cash earning to redeem for design service as well.
- Full payment is required prior to the commence of web design project .
- All prices quoted are in US dollars.

Modification on the design:
All designs which include web page, banner and logo designs are custom designed according to your specifications that we have agreed upon before the project commence, so should there be any modification required 5 days after the design is delivered, it will be considered as new feature add on and will be charged and billed according to the work load that needed.
Refund policy:
We CANNOT offer a refund once the design is delivered to you, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing the design from us.
Banner Design:
Banners will be packed in a zip format and sent to you via email. The images will be in either gif format(animated) or jpg format(static image).

Web Design:
Basic Package
The basic package includes the following files:
- 1 index page (based on your existing page
content should there be any)
- maximum 2 header page: 1 Main Logo/Site name which will be sliced and included in this file.
- maximum 2 footer page
- All images will be in gif or jpg format. NO PSD files will be provided!
- Any additional pages other than these files stated above will be charged an additional price depending on the complexity of the graphics as pre-requested. See price list table below.
- If you site has more than 2 header/footer set, which usually apply to member only section, Search Engines, Surf Exchange and other misc scripts, there will be an additional of $10 per header/footer set. See price list under "Add On For Other Sites".
