Q: How do I know how many page views I have delivered?
A: The Ad Stats page shows your banner impressions and are labeled "affiliate nopop" and "affiliate popup". Each banner impression view is one page view.

Q: What happens at the end of the month?
A: I'll announce the date that I'll change all ad stats to new banners and unique PTCs a few days before the end of the month. It takes me a few hours to do so, and occassionally spans over one day. When this is done, you'll see that your banner views and unique PTC clicks have reset to zero. Don't worry, I've recorded your views for the previous month and will credit earnings within about a week following the end of the month. Since I need to calculate earnings, it does take me a few days to get everything credited.

Q: How do I change my banner impression and unique PTC ad and Spnsor Ads?
A: Look your redemption page. There are $0.00 value "change request" items that you can use to request a change. No charge, but it may take me a few days to get a change completed.

Q: How can I redeem more PTC ads for my affiliate pages?
A: Here're steps to redeem PTC ads for affiliates pages.:
1.Check out the items that you want in Redemption Page.
2.Go to Cashout/Upgrade Page, click the item Affiliate Unique PTC Change ~ Cost: $0.01
3.List out the items that you want (With complete info please, for example the PTC ads item name and the price, like 500 x 2 Points PTC's (10secs) - 1,250 Points or 1000 x 2 Points PTC's (10secs) - $0.50).
4.Fill in your ad info, with complete banner url and paid link url.
5.Click the 'Buy Now' button to submit.

Q: Where is the Approved Sites list?
A: There is not an approved sites list. All sites are approved, though I reserve the right to ban particular sites in the future if results are poor.

Q: What sites have banned the affiliate pages?
A: None that I know of at this time. Some sites will not allow the POPUP page, and you should check site terms before submitting the popup URL.

Q: Can affiliate pages be promoted on Donkeymails and other paid-to-promote based programs?
A: Yes! However, keep in mind that advertising within a frame or shared space may not provide you the best results for YOUR advertising.

Q: Are AutoSurf programs allowed?
A: Yes! However, keep in mind that if your advertising is not very effective, and doesn't result in sales, then these are worthless hits and you are impacting the earnings of other affiliates. If you send me crappy traffic, then you'll have crappy earnings!

Q: Why is there not a guaranteeed payment rate?
A: If we don't sell anything, how am I supposed to pay you?

Q: How do I renew my membership?
A: Look your redemption page. Note that the purchase price is $3, but the redemption price is $2.8. You can wait until after your membership ends if you want to use earnings from the final month to renew. I won't take down your page for at least one week following the end of your membership.

Q: Will you contact me when I need to renew?
A: Maybe. If you've gone inactive at xray-cash, probably not, since you likely won't read any email I'll send anyway. If you've stopped getting visits, probably not. If you request a payout and you're renewal is coming up - yes!
